To Follow a Healthful Diet and Become a Fitter Person for the Rest of Your Life, You Have to Master the Basics of Nutrition & Fitness
But There’s a Problem…
It's time consuming
Finding time to workout, search for healthy recipes and cook everyday is too time consuming. Homemade cooking takes way too long. Schedules are already full, with very little down time, it’s easier to rely on convenience.
It's confusing at best
There are too many different diets with strict rules, it’s too difficult to understand which one is best and how to make them work. Exercise advice is all over the place and it’s hard to decipher where a beginner should start.
It's bland & too hard
Eating healthy is bland and boring. Dieting always tells you to cut out things that taste good, like fat, salt, and sugar. Exercise is hard, it doesn’t take into account a person’s starting point and requires over exertion and discomfort.
It's all too overwhelming and you don't know where or how to start, so you don't.
But that doesn't solve anything. Because here's the thing...
The doctor has told you.
Your spouse has told you.
The lady on the bus has told you.
The internet has told you.
You know you’ve got to eat healthier and move more if you ever want to feel and look better. It’s the key to reversing nearly everything that ails us. It’s in every medical journal, book, and magazine, but yet, it feels too overwhelming to actually do.
Everyone is ready to tell you how easy it is, but if it were so easy, wouldn’t you have already done it? Wouldn’t you have already accomplished your health goals?
How do you do it in a way that actually works? That’s actually long lasting and life changing?
The key is finding what works for your schedule and aligns with your goals, in a way you can follow through with, allowing it to seamlessly fit into your daily life.
Trying to use a One-Size-Fits-All approach will lead you straight to failure. Those approaches don’t take into account what your personal goals are, what kind of time you have to spend on following the plan, your starting point, or your likes/dislikes. The One-Size-Fits-All approach assumes you are biologically identical to the plan creator and have the same availability, goals, and knowledge they have.
When you have a detailed plan that is customized to fit your personal goals, biology, and lifestyle, implementing healthier habits becomes easier, less confusing, and second nature, allowing you to see results quicker. Eating healthier and moving more will feel natural and easy which means you'll actually DO IT! And when you actually do it consistently, you'll see results like you've only dreamed were possible.
You’ll have a simple to follow process that will take you Step-by-Step through achieving your personal goals that are tailored to your biology, schedule, and lifestyle.
You’ll be able to throw together healthy meals that are less complicated than convenience packaged foods. You’ll only do physical activity that you’re comfortable with.
You’ll stop chasing after “miracle” cures and diets because you’ll understand how food works on a molecular level in favor of your health.

My name is
I’m a Certified Holistic Nutrition Wellness Practitioner, Weight Loss Specialist, and Behavior Change Specialist.
I haven’t always been a “health food nut” and certainly didn’t know how much food actually plays a role in our overall health.
What I do know all too well, is what it’s like to be confused and overwhelmed when it comes to how to get started living a healthier lifestyle.
It wasn’t that long ago I was stuck in a place of indecision and ready to give up on finding a way to feel good in my own body ever again.
I found myself obese, with high blood pressure, idiopathic tachycardia, numerous food intolerances, untreated subclinical hypothyroidism, and left with nothing but a shrug of the shoulders and the advice of “eat a healthy diet and exercise” as the only prescription from my doctor.
I wasn’t given any guidance or instructions on how to implement a healthy diet or find exercise that worked for me.
So I tried what everyone around me was doing. I jumped from diet to diet. I bought every new workout DVD that came on TV. I’d follow them excitedly and strictly for a week or two. And then when I didn’t see any results, or I was too hungry, or too deprived, or too sore, I’d quit. I didn’t think I’d ever have success like everyone else. I was apparently the exception to the unspoken diet/exercise rule.
I finally came to a crossroads. I either had to get it together and figure out how to make this all work, or I was going to give up forever and just become fatter and sicker and die in my 50’s like so many others in my family.
I knew I had to take my health into my own hands. And did I ever. I took a huge leap of faith, and made the decision to go back to school to become a Holistic Nutritionist so that I could heal myself.
And here I am, 3 years later, at a healthy weight, with excellent blood pressure, no more hypothyroid symptoms, and feeling better than I ever have in my entire life. All without restrictive fad diets or excessive exercise.
The good news is, you don’t have to go back for a nutrition degree, because while there’s no One-Size-Fits-All diet/exercise routine, everyone can make progress with the simple process I developed that led to my own massive results. I’m here to be an example of how making tiny changes to your daily habits and routines is profoundly life changing. To show you there is a way, and it will work for you too.
